You are literally steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - all you have to do is grab your beach towels and your sunscreen and head to the beach and pools! If you’re looking for endless family-friendly activities, you must head to Highway 59, as its home to all sorts of family-friendly activities, including Waterville USA, Tiki’s Mini-Golf, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke’s Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises and water sports rentals.

*** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's Restaurant, downtown festivals, and shopping. Approximately one mile from The Hangout! It's a short drive to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.

PARKING NOTES PLEASE READ: A parking pass is included in your fees and will be in your unit when you arrive. An additional parking pass can be purchased from the security guard during the day for a fee of $40. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes allowed per unit. Please fill out the information requested on the passes and keep it in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed. There is parking on the first and second level. This property does not allow parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, RV’s or motorhomes. There is a bike rack located on the premises that is first come/first serve.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy And Stephanie's place. Everything was as pictured with a nicely furnished kitchen. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Loved the easy access to the beach, swimming pool, and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Jeremy and Stephanie’s beach home was perfect for our family of four! We loved our stay there. The beach view is fantastic and it’s close to shops and restaurants .

Seriously, I can't thank Jeremy and Stephanie enough. They saved our vacation after a snag at a different place, which led to a last-minute booking here. Jeremy was incredibly accommodating, and I'm so glad their condo was available!
This place is truly wonderful:
Immaculate and the kitchen had literally everything we needed.
The view from the balcony is fantastic, and waking up to the beach and ocean from the master bedroom window was the best.
The master mattress was incredibly comfortable (a rarity for my back!).
It's on the same floor as the exercise room—hello, convenient morning workout!
Super close to the State Park for easy hiking, biking, and walking trails.
This condo is officially on my favorites list, and my wife and I will absolutely be back. If you're looking for a spot, you will not be disappointed.

I know that I have left many positive reviews on Airbnb…. but this place was the best in Gulf Shores that we have stayed. It was the perfect location. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were great for being directly on the beach. The patio was amazing…. Large and plenty of places to sit. There were many amenities. Just overall a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beach!
