You are literally steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - all you have to do is grab your beach towels and your sunscreen and head to the beach and pools! If you’re looking for endless family-friendly activities, you must head to Highway 59, as its home to all sorts of family-friendly activities, including Waterville USA, Tiki’s Mini-Golf, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke’s Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises and water sports rentals.

*** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's Restaurant, downtown festivals, and shopping. Approximately one mile from The Hangout! It's a short drive to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.

PARKING NOTES PLEASE READ: A parking pass is included in your fees and will be in your unit when you arrive. An additional parking pass can be purchased from the security guard during the day for a fee of $40. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes allowed per unit. Please fill out the information requested on the passes and keep it in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed. There is parking on the first and second level. This property does not allow parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, RV’s or motorhomes. There is a bike rack located on the premises that is first come/first serve.

We had such a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Jeremy’s beach place! 🌊 The condo itself was gorgeous inside, and the spacious balcony was absolutely perfect for morning coffee, feeling the cool breeze, and even watching dolphins swim by. Everything was spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.
Their communication was proactive, clear, and so timely—it really made the whole process stress-free. I’m pretty picky when it comes to where we stay, but this experience was truly perfect. We will definitely be back and highly recommend their place to anyone looking for the ideal beach getaway!

Jeremy and Stephanie’s Gulf Shores ocean-front condo was perfect for our family vacation. The furnishings, wonderful balcony, as well as the amenities of the complex were great! They communicated well throughout our stay and were extremely responsive on a couple of very minor issues. A lovely place that I would highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING!! Its was exactly as described! Kitchen was completely stocked with all needed supplies and extras! Condo was very clean, well organized and so spacious!! The beds were all super comfortable! We’ll definitely be staying here again!!
